From Tender to Handover
Tender and Pre-Construction
We review tender drawings, specifications, and BOQ to recommend suitable systems for each elevation, ensure compliance with specifications, SBC, and Civil Defense requirements, identify clarifications and cost-effective alternatives, and provide a clear, priced proposal with an indicative programme and lead times.
Value Engineering
Because we extrude our own profiles, we can do real value engineering: profiles sized to actual loads, panel layouts optimised to reduce waste, and alternative systems that meet the specification at lower cost.
Facade Engineering and Design
Our engineering team delivers structural calculations, thermal and acoustic analysis, shop drawings and LOD 400 BIM models, coordinated with the main contractor, the structure and MEP.
Project Coordination in Al Khobar
We coordinate material sourcing, preparation, and installation to align with site schedules, helping ensure materials arrive when needed and supporting efficient project delivery across Saudi Arabia.
Facade Project Management
A dedicated project manager serves as your single point of contact, overseeing programme planning, progress reporting, material submittals, sample approvals, coordination with contractors and consultants, procurement of specialist materials, and overall risk, change, and cost control.
Installation and Quality Control
Our site teams install every system to an approved method statement and an ITP (Inspection and Test Plan), with hold points for consultant inspection. Quality checks include anchor surveys, alignment checks, sealant adhesion tests and on-site water testing to ASTM E1105.
Testing, Approvals and Handover
Before handover, we complete mock-up and performance testing in-house and on site, coordinate Saudi Civil Defense inspections and approvals for fire-related elements, conduct snagging and final inspections with the consultant, and provide as-built drawings, test reports, and certificates.

As a facade subcontractor in Saudi Arabia, we prioritize programme delivery, cost certainty, safety, and smooth handover through agreed installation sequencing, full HSE compliance, trained and certified site teams, transparent progress reporting, forward planning, and prompt responses to RFIs and design changes.

On design-build projects, we join early to develop the facade concept with the architect, then take full design responsibility through to completion. Involving the facade specialist early reduces redesign, keeps cost under control, and gives the developer one accountable partner for the whole building envelope.
