What is the curtain wall price per square meter in Saudi Arabia?
Curtain wall prices depend mainly on system type and glass specification. Stick systems are usually the most economical, unitized systems cost more upfront but save installation time on towers, and structural glazing is at the top of the range. Send us your elevations for a project-specific price.
What is the cladding cost per sqm in KSA?
Cladding cost depends on panel type (FR-A2 ACP, solid or perforated), panel thickness, finish and subframe design. FR-A2 ACP is usually the most economical fire-compliant option for large flat facades.
How long is the lead time?
Typical lead times are 2-3 weeks for stick systems and cladding, and 4-5 weeks for unitized curtain walls, from shop drawing approval. Local extrusion in Al Khobar means we don’t wait for imported profiles.
