Facade installation is the stage where design and manufacturing become a weathertight building, and where most facade problems start if it isn’t controlled. Our own installation teams and site supervisors install curtain walls, cladding, windows and glazing systems that we manufacture in Al Khobar. They work to approved method statements, inspection plans and site testing through to Saudi Civil Defense handover.
Facade Site Supervision and QA/QC
Every project has dedicated facade site supervision: a site manager, a QA/QC engineer and experienced foremen. Our QA/QC system includes:
- Daily inspection records against the ITP
- Anchor and bracket torque checks
- Sealant adhesion (peel) tests and joint dimension checks
- Alignment, level and plumb surveys
- Photo records of hidden work before it is closed up, such as fire stops, brackets and membranes

Our Installation Process
Pre-Installation Planning
Before mobilization, we prepare and submit method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), lifting plans, risk assessments, and logistics plans to ensure safe facade installation, quality control, efficient material handling, and compliance with project requirements.
Structural Survey and Anchor Setting
Our surveyors check slab edges, columns and embedded items against the shop drawings. Anchors and brackets are set to line and level, and any out-of-tolerance structure is reported to the main contractor before installation starts.
Facade Mock-Up Installation
Facade mock-up installation is the first step on most projects, including visual mock-ups for architect approval, performance testing at our Al Khobar facility to verify air, water, and wind-load resistance, and on-site mock-ups to validate installation methods before full-scale production.
Curtain Wall Installation
Facade installation involves securing unitized panels to pre-installed anchors, assembling stick systems piece by piece, and completing glazing and sealing in sequence to ensure safe installation and weatherproofing floor by floor.
Cladding Installation
As a cladding installation contractor, we install subframes, insulation, cavity fire barriers and panels for ACP, solid, perforated and rainscreen systems. Joints are kept consistent and panel alignment is checked under raking light.
Access Equipment
We select suitable facade access equipment based on building height and project requirements, including mast climbers, cranes, monorails, boom lifts, and scaffolding, while coordinating with the building maintenance unit (BMU) to ensure safe and efficient installation.
HSE on Every Site
Facade work happens at height, with heavy lifts and suspended loads. Our HSE programme includes:
- Trained, certified installers, riggers and equipment operators
- Fall protection, exclusion zones and lifting supervision
- Daily toolbox talks and permit-to-work systems
- Heat stress management for Saudi summers, with adjusted working hours, shade and hydration
- Full compliance with the main contractor’s HSE plan and Saudi regulations
