Government Building Facade
واجهات المباني الحكومية

A government building facade must be durable, secure, compliant and locally made. We manufacture facades in Al Khobar for ministry buildings, schools, universities and public facilities, with the certificates and local content that Saudi public tenders require.

Durability and Vandal Resistance

Public buildings are heavily used and need decades of service with minimal maintenance. We design for durability and vandal resistance with:

  • 3–5 mm solid aluminium panels at ground level
  • Laminated glass in accessible areas
  • Anti-tamper fixings
  • PVDF coatings for long-term colour retention

Why choose us

Durability and Vandal Resistance

Airtight Facades for Infection Control

Isolation rooms, operating theatres, and cleanrooms depend on controlled air pressure. An airtight facade stops uncontrolled leaks that disturb pressure regimes and let in dust

Non-Combustible Facades for Hospitals

Patients can’t always evacuate quickly. Our non-combustible hospital facades use FR-A2 ACP or solid aluminium panels, mineral wool insulation, and cavity fire barriers.

Acoustic Sealing

Patient recovery depends on quiet rooms. Laminated acoustic glass, insulated frames, and sealed slab edges and partitions reduce noise from roads, helipads, and plant.

What We Offer?

(01)

SASO Compliant Facades

Every SASO compliant facade we supply is designed to the Saudi Building Code (SBC 201 for general building requirements, plus SBC 301 and SBC 801), Saudi Civil Defense fire requirements, and SBC 601 energy efficiency.

(02)

Ministry Building Facades

Ministry and agency buildings need a dignified, long-lasting exterior. We deliver curtain walls, solid aluminium cladding and perforated screens, including Najdi and Islamic geometric patterns that reflect Saudi architectural identity.

(03)

Blast Resistant Glazing

For high-security government facilities, we supply blast resistant glazing systems with laminated glass and reinforced frames tested to ISO 16933. Anchors and frames are designed to keep glass in place under blast loads, protecting people inside.

Public Building Cladding

Our public building cladding uses FR-A2 ACP and solid aluminium panels: non-combustible, impact resistant and approved for public-assembly use.
